SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
3 c. prepared herb stuffing mix
1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme

Mix together and roll into balls and freeze. Bake from frozen state at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
