HOT CHICKEN SUPREME 
3 whole chickens, cooked and diced
1 1/2 c chopped celery
1 c. (8 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 c. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. poultry seasons
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles

Combine all ingredients except noodles, stir well. Spoon chicken mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with noodles. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
