SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 pkgs. instant whipped potatoes
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussel sprouts
2 c. diced cooked hamburger
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 c. well seasoned gravy
1 c. sliced cooked carrots
1/4 c. canned pimiento strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare potatoes following package directions. Add cheese, mix well. Cook Brussel sprouts, drain. Coat hamburger with flour; heat oil and add hamburger. Cover over medium heat until hamburger is brown; add gravy, sprouts, onions, carrots, pimientos, seasoning. Stir. Pour into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole pan and top with potatoes. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.
