CHICKEN PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 c. chopped broccoli
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 carrot, cut into very thin strips
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
1 tsp. salt
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
4 c. hot cooked macaroni shells or wheels
1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley

Cook and stir broccoli, onion, garlic and carrot in oil in 10 inch skillet over medium heat until broccoli is crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in chicken, salt and tomatoes; heat just until chicken is hot, about 3 minutes. Spoon chicken mixture over macaroni; sprinkle with cheese and parsley. 6 servings.
