ONION CASSEROLE 
3 to 4 med. onions
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 c. grated cheese

Melt butter in bottom of baking dish. Crumble crackers over butter. Slice onions and spread over crackers. Spoon soup over onions. Cover and bake at 325 degrees until onions are tender. Uncover and cover with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
