4 egg whites
1 c. fine-chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. dates, chopped

Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in nuts, vanilla and dates. Drop from a tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes until cool. Remove from cookie sheet after cool.
