MYSTERY PUDDING (Cake) 
1 egg
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar

Beat egg in a bowl, add fruit cocktail. In separate bowl sift flour, sugar, soda and salt. Add it to the mixture. Spread it on 9x9 inch buttered pan.

Mix nuts and brown sugar together and sprinkle over the top. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Serve with whipped topping, cream or ice cream.
