RASPBERRY JELLO DELIGHT 
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 c. applesauce
3-4 c. frozen raspberries
1 med. carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine Jello with boiling water, dissolve completely. Add cold water, applesauce and frozen raspberries. Stir and set in refrigerator. Combine sour cream and marshmallows. Spread on top of set Jello. Best if sets overnight. Great served over angel food cake. Serves 16.
