EXTRA RICH CRUMB CAKE 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Beat butter, sugar and eggs until well blended. Add vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder, and mix well. Sprinkle crumb topping on top and bake in a 9x13-inch pan for 35 minutes at 350°F.

Crumb Topping:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
cinnamon, to taste

Mix ingredients together and sprinkle on top of cake batter before baking.
