BEEF TERIYAKI 
2 lb. thinly sliced sirloin, cuts easily when partially frozen
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger or 2 tsp. powdered ginger
1 finely chopped med. onion
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce

Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, onion, and garlic with the ginger. Pour over the meat and let stand for 1-2 hours.

Quick fry in a lightly greased skillet or spread out on a shallow pan and broil until brown on each side. Serves about 6.
