TERIYAKI CHICKEN OR BEEF 
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. ground ginger
3 cloves garlic, mashed
2 tbsp. cooking sherry

Mix all ingredients. Add chicken (boneless skinless breasts or strips of top round beef). Marinate for at least 3 hours. Grill over charcoal.

Marinade will cover 8 to 10 chicken breasts or beef.
