BEEF BURGUNDY | |
1 lb. sirloin, cut into 1" strips 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley 1 can golden mushroom soup mixed with 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. burgundy 1 med. onion, sliced 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained Brown meat in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve over wide noodles. |
