PEAR MINCEMEAT 
7 lb. pears (approx. 30)
2 lb. raisins, seedless
1 lg. orange, rind & juice
1/2 c. vinegar
3 lb. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg

Grind pears, raisins, orange rind and orange juice, vinegar, sugar and spices. Cook until pears are tender and mixture is thick. Pack in sterile jars.
