CHICKEN ALA KING 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. well-seasoned chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. cream
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
3/4 c. mushrooms, cut up
2 tbsp. pimento

Melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until bubbling. Remove from heat and stir in chicken broth and cream. Bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in gently, cooked chicken, mushrooms, pimento, and mushroom soup. Heat and serve on hard rolls.
