LITTLE CHEESE CAKES | |
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Cream above ingredients. In cupcake tin place cupcake paper with a vanilla wafer in bottom of each. Fill 2/3 full with above filling. Bake 375 for 20 minutes. Yield 24. |
