BASIC BISCUITS | |
3 c. quick baking mix 2/3 c. milk or water Combine baking mix and liquid. Blend. Let dough stand for 5 minutes. On a lightly floured board, knead dough about 15 times. Roll out into 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with floured biscuit cutter. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in preheated 450 degree oven until golden brown. Yield: 12 large biscuits. |
