BREAKFAST BURRITOS 
6-8 flour tortillas
6 eggs
1 lb. bacon
6 med. potatoes, chopped & peeled

Fry bacon and drain. Use 1/2 cup of bacon grease and fry chopped potatoes. While potatoes are cooking beat eggs and crumble bacon into large pieces. Cook eggs by scrambling. Add bacon and eggs to potatoes and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Put 3/4 cup in a tortilla and fold into a burrito.

Delete any of the above and add sausage, onions and/or tomatoes.
