PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops (or more)
1 can Campbell's consomme soup
1 c. rice
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper (optional)

Brown pork chops and drain on paper towel. Place rice in casserole dish. Add soup and stir. Place chops on top. Add sliced onions and green pepper. Fill with tomato sauce. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
