1 English muffin, split and toasted
2 tbsp. pizza sauce
6 slices pepperoni
2 tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Spread each muffin half with pizza sauce. Top each with 3 slices pepperoni and then with cheese. Place halve on microproof plate cook on 60 for 40 to 60 seconds or until cheese is melted. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Cooking time 45 to 60 seconds.
