MINIATURE PIZZAS (MICROWAVE) 
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 English muffins, split & crisply toasted
1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, about 1 oz.
4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix catsup, oregano, vinegar, onion powder, sugar and pepper. Spread 1/4 on each muffin half. Top each with 1/4 of pepperoni. Place 1 tablespoon Mozzarella on each muffin half. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place on single layer of paper toweling on carousel or on double layer of paper toweling on dinner plate.

Microwave at high (100%) until cheese is melted and filling is heated through, 45 seconds to 1 minute 45 sections. If using oven other than carousel, rotate dinner plate and re-arrange muffins after half the cooking time. Cut each muffin half into 4 wedges.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
