BROCCOLI & RICE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 stick butter
1/2 onion, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 c. rice, cooked
1/2 c. pecans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. chicken soup base
Dash of Tabasco
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Drain in a saucepan. Saute the onion and celery in butter until soft. Mix with broccoli. Mix together soup, soup base and Tabasco. In a casserole layer broccoli, rice, pecans, soup mixture and the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Serves 8 to 10.
