POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 sm. pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Soak poppy seeds in water for 5 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and pour in a tube pan. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. While cake is baking, mix the following together for a glaze:

GLAZE:

1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. melted butter
2 tsp. lemon juice

Pour over cake while still warm.
