BLACKBERRY PIE 
2 (9 inch) pie crusts
4 c. berries
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix and heat in pan. Pour into 9 inch pie crust. Cover with second crust. Slit top crust so steam can escape. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
