SUMMERTIME LEMON CAKE 
1 lemon cake without pudding
1 box lemon Jello
Juice of 2 lemons
2 c. powdered sugar
4-5 eggs
3/4 c. oil

Add 1 cup hot water to box of Jello. Mix cake, oil, eggs, 2 teaspoon lemon juice together. Fold into cooled Jello mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

When cake has cooled, poke holes over entire cake. Mix powdered sugar and remaining lemon juice together, pour over cake. Sprinkle additional powdered sugar on top of cake.
