EGG WHITE FLUFF DROPS 
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat until stiff. Gradually add:

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat to stiff peaks. Stir in 6 ounce package chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nuts. Drop by generous teaspoon one inch apart on ungreased pan. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, put cookies in and turn off heat after 1/2 minute, leave in 1 hour or overnight (cookies will stay white).
