MICROWAVE STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 lg. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 med. clove garlic, minced

Cut tops off peppers. Chop the tops and set aside. Core and seed the peppers, then place cut side up in a microwave 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Crumble beef into plastic colander placed over a microwave safe casserole dish. Add onion, celery and chopped pepper. Microwave on full power 4-6 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Drain well.

Transfer meat mixture to a bowl and add tomato paste, rice, salt and garlic. Mix well and fill peppers with mixture. Cover dish with plastic wrap. Microwave on full power 8-11 minutes, rotating dish once, halfway through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
