CHICKEN, SAUSAGE AND RICE 
6 chicken breasts, boiled & cubed
1 lb. seasoned sausage, cooked & broken up
2 c. rice
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
White pepper
4 c. chicken broth
2 pkgs. Herbox instant chicken broth
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Saute' rice in butter along with onion and green pepper. Mix all ingredients together except 4 cups of chicken broth. Put in 3 quart casserole and pour the chicken broth over it. Cover and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.

I like to serve this with my Tossed Fruit Salad and Celery Seed Dressing.
