CHICKEN WINGS 
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
7 green onions, cut up greens also
3 lbs. chicken wings and legs

Heat first 4 ingredients in electric frying pan, stir. Add wings and cook 20 minutes covered; uncover and cook 1 1/2 hours, stirring often. Sauce should just bubble while cooking chicken. When done, sauce will thicken and coat wings. Hors d'oeuvres for 12.
