BLENDER COCONUT PIE 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Combine everything except coconut in blender. Blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
