STRUDEL 
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and butter well. Add vanilla and sour cream. Chill well. Roll thin and fill. Keep rest of dough refrigerate while you roll out a section. Place filled rolls on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until light brown.

FILLING:

Cover dough with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Spread with apricot or apricot-pineapple jam, chopped walnuts, golden raisins and flaked coconut. Roll as for jelly roll and score slices before baking. Let cool before slicing. Should make approximately 3 rolls or 30 pieces.
