FRUIT DIP 
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 or 2 tbsp. honey
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix first 3 ingredients together and then fold in Cool Whip.

Rum, brandy, orange or lemon peel, or coconut can be added. Refrigerate and serve with fresh fruit.
