CHOCOLATE PLUNGE FRUIT DIP 
2/3 c. Karo syrup, light or dark
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Baker's semi sweet chocolate
Assorted fresh fruit

Apple, strawberry, banana, pineapple, orange, kiwi, peach, pear.

In medium microproof bowl, stir corn syrup and cream. Microwave high (100% power) 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Add chocolate, stir until completely melted. Serve warm as a dip for fruit. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
