COOKIE SALAD 
1 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. whipped topping
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 or 2 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 c. marshmallows (sm.)
1/2-1 pkg. chocolate stripped short bread cookies

Mix pudding with buttermilk. Add pineapple, oranges, whipped topping and marshmallows. Crumble the cookies in small pieces and stir into the pudding mixture; mix thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator. Can be made the night before. Will serve 10-12.
