1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. buttermilk
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. Keebler Fudge-striped cookies, crushed

Mix the pudding and buttermilk together until smooth. Stir in the mandarin oranges and Cool Whip. Before serving, add the crushed cookies.
