RAVIOLI 
2 c. sifted flour
1 egg
6 tbsp. lukewarm water

FILLING:

1 c. cooked spinach
Cooked and seasoned hamburger
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of cayenne
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. sifted dried bread crumbs

Sift dough flour 3 times. Make well in flour and put egg and water in, mix with fork, knead 3 minutes. Divide dough in half, cover one to keep from drying out. Roll out very thin, cut into 3 inch rounds. Place filling in center, fold over and crimp edges with fork. Drop in salted boiling water and boil 15 minutes.

Arrange cooked ravioli on greased glass platter. Cover with favorite Italian tomato sauce and cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
