SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
1 c. sugar (white)
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. milk

Mix together sugar and cornstarch; add milk and cook until thick. Then add:

1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into baked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
