CHOW MEIN CHICKEN SALAD 
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 oz. can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion salt
6 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
Lettuce leaves

Melt butter in shallow baking pan and combine with 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Add chow mein noodles and toss to coat with mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine mayonnaise, onion salt and remaining Worcestershire sauce.

Just before serving, add dressing to chicken, celery, water chestnuts and part of chow mein noodles. Stir gently to coat. Serve chicken on bed of lettuce leaves with remaining chow mein noodles.
