HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN 
1 can chow mein noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. rice, cooked
1 can chow mein vegetables

Saute onion and green pepper and add to soup. Add 1 can of water per can of soup. Brown ground beef and drain then add to soup. Add chestnuts, chow mein vegetables and rice. Serve over chow mein noodles.
