ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE | |
3/4 c. butter 3 eggs 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple 2 c. sugar 1 qt. fresh bread cubes (6 slices) 2 tbsp. milk Moisten bread cubes with milk. Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Fold in pineapple and bread cubes. (Milk and pineapple juice when combined produces a curdled look.) Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve hot. Is also good cold. |
