PUMPKIN LAYER CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil (Wesson)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice

Combine sugar, eggs, oil, and pumpkin. Mix well. Then, add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Beat well. Bake in three (9 inch) pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Cool and frost with the following icing.

PUMPKIN CAKE FROSTING:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. Pet milk
1/2 c. nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla
