1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
Beat these together
5 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and milk. Cook to a thick white sauce and let cool completely. Mix into the beaten sugar and butter mixture. Beat till smooth and fluffy.
