BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted 3 times and set aside
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 lb. soft butter (1 stick)
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas (about 2 medium)
1 (6 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together soda and sour cream and set aside. Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and sour cream mixture alternately to butter mixture. Stir in bananas and chocolate chips. Add vanilla and salt. Place in a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350°F for about 40 to 45 minutes. Use cake tester.

You can use 3 little loaf pans (6 x 3 1/2-inch). If small, test at 35 minutes.
