CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD 
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas, about 3 lg.
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease four 6 x 3 x 2 loaf pans.

In medium bowl, stir flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.

In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat sugar, oil, and eggs until blended. Add bananas and beat until well blended. At low speed, beat in flour mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into loaf pans.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks. Wrap in plastic wrap, then foil. Store overnight before serving.
