CALICO COLESLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. each finely chopped green pepper & carrots
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
Radish roses
Paprika

First, toss cabbage and salt together and let stand. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together well. Then add peppers, carrots, parsley flakes and mayonnaise mixture to cabbage and toss thoroughly. Then sprinkle paprika on top and place radish roses in center. Chill and serve. (This is better if made a few hours ahead.)
