SPINACH STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 lg. mushrooms
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen spinach souffle
1/2 tsp. minced onion

Wash mushrooms dry and remove stems cut spinach souffle in half; return half to freezer and place the other half in 1 quart dish, microwave on roast for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until partly defrosted. Mix in crumbs, lemon juice, onion and salt stuff mushrooms. Arrange in a circle. Microwave on full power for 3 or 4 minutes or until heated through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
