CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch (clear gel use 1 tbsp. more)
3 c. milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. vanilla

2 heaping tbsp. chunky peanut butter
3/4 c. miniature chocolate chips
1 baked & cooled pie shell

Mix sugar and cornstarch in 8 cup glass measuring cup. Stir in milk gradually. Microwave on high, stirring every minute until mixture thickens and boils. Then boil for 1 minute. Stir at least half of hot mixture gradually into egg yolks. Blend egg yolk mix back into remaining pudding base; microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir in butter and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter; blending well. Add chocolate bits and stir only once or twice to marble. Pour into cooled and baked pie shell.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
