CAESAR SALAD DRESSING 
Head of Romaine lettuce
Can of anchovies
2 tsp. anchovy paste
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. olive oil
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 well beaten egg

Mix anchovy paste, garlic, mustard and sauce together. Add egg and olive oil. Toss with lettuce, Sprinkle with cheese. Toss again. Top with anchovies and freshly ground pepper.
