3 baking potatoes
1 lg. onion, sliced or diced frozen onion
Real bacon bits
3 tsp. butter
Salt and pepper
3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Slice potatoes into three foil packets. Sprinkle with other ingredients. Wrap loosely and seal foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
