LASAGNA ROLLUPS | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of lasagna noodles 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 (15 oz.) carton ricotta cheese 1 (10 oz.) box frozen spinach, thawed and drained 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded Cook noodles per package instructions; drain. In medium bowl combine egg, ricotta cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese. Spread mixture evenly on noodle strips. Roll up each strip. Spread one cup sauce in 9 x 13 pan. Arrange lasagna rolls seamside down in pan. Pour remaining sauce over lasagna and top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 lasagna rolls. |
