CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 (4 1/2 oz.) jars of strained carrots (baby food)

Mix in order given. Bake in 11x15 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

FROSTING:

3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream and frost cooled bars.
